Spacious suite with a huge bathtub, accommodating staff, delicious breakfast with Chinese and western options, attention and kindness of Mr. Manara, upgrade given at arrival, comfy and silent room, helpful club level manager with good English, pressing service and yoga room.

Cepe was set 10 minutes walk away. Nice base for a weekend in Beijing.

We loved the spacious suite and especially enjoyed the luxurious bathroom with its huge bathtub. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Chinese and Western options, all of which were delicious.

Hotel was situated in a prime location which was easily accessible to surrounding areas. The hotel had great facilities with an amazing pool and gym. The staff were very welcoming and always willing to help with any queries or questions we had.

The breakfast was a bit overpriced and the hotel did not offer many dining options. The rooms were spacious but lacked a bit of character.

The hotel had a nice Christmas decoration and there was always a jolly atmosphere in the lobby. the breakfast had a good variety of food and the coffee was delicious. the location of the hotel was convenient for getting around the city.

The rooms were small and outdated. the staff was not very helpful during check-in and seemed disinterested in accommodating any requests we had.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton. The friendly staff greeted us at the door and escorted us directly to our room, skipping the hassle of check-in. The room was luxurious and had a stunning view of the Financial District. The next day, we were provided with a full day limo service to The Great Wall, making the entire experience hassle-free. Checking out was a breeze, thanks to the Manager of Customer Satisfaction Department who ensured our visit was truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.
